I offer Health coaching for emotional wellbeing

Making the choice to become healthier is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your happiness. At the core of health there is our emotional and mental wellbeing and our physical body. As someone who has experienced mental challenges with long-term IBS, I know how impactful and healing nutrition adjustments can be.
As a coach, I will be at your side, I will train you and offer non-judging and empathetic advise. The holistic approach involves mental work such as honest reflections and stress management, healthy nutrition that nourishes the body and fuels the brain, and physical activities that promote a sense of connection and confidence in your body. Sometimes, all we need is a bit of help.

Coaching sessions include:

Physical training: Weekly sessions dependent on your Fitness goals. An energising mix of High-intensity training, Yoga, Pilates and Functional movement work.

Guided Nutrition: I can help you to gain control over your food choices and eat in a way that reduces inflammation. The nutrition change program runs for at least 4 months.

Inner work: Working on your health will trigger a variety of emotions. I will be there for you, I will respect you, listen and support.

Physical training

The weekly sessions are dependent on your Fitness goals and how you feel on a specific day. What we do is: High-intensity training, Yoga, Pilates and Functional movement work.

A guided nutrition program

I can help you to gain control over your food choices and eat in a way that reduces inflammation. The nutrition change program runs for at least 4 months. Throughout the entire journey I want you to feel strong and healthy.

Psychological support

Working on your health will trigger a variety of emotions. I will be there for you, I will respect you, listen and support.

Commitment gives you freedom because it hones your attention and focus, directing them toward what makes you most healthy and happy.

Process:
1) Book a free 30-minute consultation and explore the possibility of my potential assistance to you
2) Schedule regular meetings for Consulting & Personal Training (1-3 times per week)
3) Execution stage: Explore the intricacies of your aspirations towards health and follow a strategy to attain your desired objectives
4) Be emotionally supported and receive professional advise throughout the entire program
