Really impressed with Pilates. It’s chilled, supportive, and still gives you a proper workout. The instructor Marie keeps everything simple, and I’m feeling stronger and more balanced each week. Great atmosphere and perfect for anyone who just wants to move better and feel good.

My goodness what can I say about Marie?! I have worked with her in multiple different capacities over the years from online coaching to nutrition advice to attending a range of her classes from yoga, Pilates and Acro workshops. Over the last few years whenever I have been in Cornwall it is a MUST for me so do a Marie led class. She leads with intention, knowledge and kindness - the space she facilitates leaves you smiling from ear to ear! Everyone in her classes is made to feel it’s an even playing field, she will adjust, que and build based on everyone’s individual needs in a room. I feel I could go on but if you’re looking for a sign to give something a go, this is it! Marie makes me feel brave and for that I’m always grateful!

Marie is such a fantastic instructor. She has a way of making everyone feel at ease and comfortable, and her passion for health and movement is infectious. Her knowledge of physiology is fantastic, I feel safe in her hands despite being under rehab for an injury. I am so glad that I found her courses!

Marie is an excellent Pilates teacher. Her classes are fun, challenging (in the best way!), and she explains each exercise in detail, ensuring we understand which muscle we are working on. Would recommend her teaching, especially in the post partum stage!

Dynamic Mat Pilates

All levels welcome | Beginner Friendly | Intermediate Options | Pregnancy Variations

Dynamic Pilates is a sweet mix between standing Barre exercises and Contemporary Mat Pilates. We love practising the foundations, but we also love moving with music, exploring new patterns. We use bodyweight and small equipment to add resistance, feedback and variety, while keeping a strong focus on technique.

Who’s it for

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • want to build strength throughout the whole body

  • want options to progress at your own pace

What to expect

You will be encouraged to listen to your body, adapt where needed, and focus on good technique rather than forcing anything. The class offers variation for those who want to train throughout their pregnancy and those who return postpartum (+2 months).

Level 1 — Thursdays

A more accessible pace with plenty of options and modifications. Suitable for beginners, postpartum return to exercise and some minor injury/recovery situations where you have been cleared to exercise.

Level 2 — Sundays

For those with some Pilates or movement experience who enjoy a stronger, more challenging practice.
