* Beach Yoga & Online sessions: To join either session, please use the contact form. You will be added to a WhatsApp group, and class organisation will happen there.

Postpartum Pilates and Pregnancy Pilates:

If you are pregnant or less than 2 months postpartum, please contact me before booking so we can find the safest and most supportive option for you. General pregnancy and postpartum workshops run semi-regularly.
