- 7:00–8:00pm: Vinyasa Yoga
Thursday
- 8:15–8:45am: Online Pilates for Women 50+ (via zoom)*
- 5:45–6:45pm: Dynamic Pilates
- 7:00–8:00pm: Vinyasa Yoga
Saturday
- 8:30–9:30am: Beach yoga*
Sunday
- 9:00–10:00am: Dynamic Pilates

If you are pregnant or less than 2 months postpartum, please contact me before booking so we can find the safest and most supportive option for you. General pregnancy and postpartum workshops run semi-regularly.
