WildSpirit’s regular classes are the foundation, but workshops give us space to slow down, go deeper or simply play with something new. Some events focus on a particular stage of life. Others explore movement, anatomy, strength or skills that we don’t always have time for within a weekly class. From inviting Qi Gong Guest teachers to AcroYoga Workshops, we aim to offer you enriching experiences.
