“Beach yoga on a Saturday morning is the absolute perfect way to start your weekend! Marie teaches so beautifully, helping you adjust your position to suit your body and experience the natural elements. I always love joining her classes to push my body a little and then feel totally relaxed at the end.”
– Katie

Start your day slowly, outside, with the sea in front of you.

The Perranuthnoe Beach Yoga classes take place on the wide, flat sand of one of West Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches — with open sky, blue water, the sound of the waves and wild cliffs framing either side of the bay.

The class is welcoming and beginner-friendly, with flowing movement, gentle strength and plenty of space to breathe. You don’t need to be experienced or especially flexible — just bring a mat or towel, a few layers and a willingness to move.

It’s a lovely way to begin a day in Cornwall, whether you live locally or you’re staying nearby in Marazion, Praa Sands, Penzance, Newlyn or the Helston area.

Afterwards, you can stay for a swim, walk along the coast or head up into the village for a coffee at The Peppercorn Café.

There is parking close to the beach for around £2, or you can park in the village and walk down.

Come for the Yoga, stay for the sea.
