Pilates & Strength for Women 50+

A welcoming beginner Pilates class designed for women 50+ and those navigating peri/menopause.

This supportive class focuses on building strength, stability, posture, and confidence through precise and guided movement. It is especially suited to people who want a more considered pace, including those managing midlife changes or health conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or reduced mobility.

Classes are small and friendly, with space to move at your own pace. Alongside the physical benefits, this class offers a sense of community and consistency — a place to connect with others, feel supported, and gradually build trust in your body.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • are a beginner or returning to Pilates after a break
  • are over 50 or navigating peri/menopause
  • want to build strength, balance, posture, and confidence
  • enjoy being part of a regular group

A grounding yet energising intermediate yoga class to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect.

This Vinyasa flow is designed to release tension from the day while building heat and balancing the mind. Expect creative movement flows and breath-led sequences.

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • enjoy flowing movement
  • want to improve flexibility, balance, and body awareness
  • have some Yoga or movement experience, or feel comfortable trying an open-level class
  • When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00pm
  • Where: Clarence House, Penzance
  • Cost: £9 drop-in / £35 fixed 5-class block / £40 flexible 5-class package/ £60 1 month-unlimited package
  • Free trial: First 2 classes are free for new students. Classes must be booked consecutively.

Dynamic Pilates

An energising full-body Pilates class for strength, stability, posture, and control.

Dynamic Pilates is designed to feel like a full-body workout. Each session focuses on technique, core strength and stability. Expect flowing sequences that challenge your whole body while encouraging precise execution and smart movement.

Who it’s for

This class may be a good fit if you:

  • want a stronger, more energising Pilates class
  • want to build core strength, posture, and control
  • enjoy layered sequences that provide the right amount of challenge

What to expect

Expect a Pilates session with options for different levels ranging from Beginners to Advanced. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, adapt where needed, and focus on good technique rather than forcing anything. The class offers variation for those who want to train throughout their pregnancy and those who return postpartum (+2 months).

If you’re new to WildSpirit Coaching, you can start with a free trial for Dynamic Pilates or Evening Vinyasa Yoga. The free trial includes your first 2 classes and must be booked consecutively.

For ongoing classes, you can choose between drop-in bookings, fixed class blocks, or flexible packages depending on the class.

Note

The booking system manages class and package bookings separately, so if you are unsure which option to choose, feel free to ask before booking.

  • Join as many classes as you want. for £60 a month. Yoga, Pilates, Beach Yoga… this option is best for those who would like to train more than once per week.
  • Book on a monthly basis. No contract, no hidden fees.
  • Receive credits to book into as many classes as you want

Pregnancy & postpartum

If you are pregnant or less than 2 months postpartum, please contact me before booking so we can find the most supportive option for you.

Dynamic Pilates may be suitable from around 2–3 months postpartum and throughout healthy pregnancies. Private sessions are also available if you would like a more personalised plan.
