Pilates & Strength for Women 50+
Two class options:
5:45pm beginner friendly
- Best for those navigating peri/menopause or age-related challenges.
- Pace: Gentle and supportive
- Good to know: No free trial is available for this course, as spaces are limited and the group builds consistency over time.
Evening Vinyasa Yoga
An intermediate class to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect after the day.
- Best for those with some Yoga/ Movement experience who enjoy a stronger, flowing practice.
- Pace: Sometimes faster-paced, yet mentally grounding
- Good to know: Free trial available for new students.
Dynamic Pilates
An energising full-body Pilates class to build strength, movement quality and posture.
- Best for: A stronger Pilates workout with layered sequencing, to feel the burn whilst maintaining focus and technique.
- Pace: Open level: Beginners are welcome, sometimes faster-paced
- Good to know: Free trial available for new students.

Pilates & Strength for Women 50+
A welcoming beginner Pilates class designed for women 50+ and those navigating peri/menopause.
Who it’s for
This class may be a good fit if you:
- are a beginner or returning to Pilates after a break
- are over 50 or navigating peri/menopause
- want to build strength, balance, posture, and confidence
- enjoy being part of a regular group
What to expect
Expect clear guidance, strengthening exercises, posture work, mobility, and options to suit your body.
Details
- When: Tuesdays, 5:45pm
- Where: Clarence House, Penzance
- Cost: £45 for a 5-week block
- Booking: Start any week and schedule your classes around holidays
- Free trial: Not available for this course because spaces are limited and the group works best with regular attendance.

Evening Vinyasa Yoga
A grounding yet energising intermediate yoga class to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect.
Who it’s for
This class may be a good fit if you:
- enjoy flowing movement
- want to improve flexibility, balance, and body awareness
- have some Yoga or movement experience, or feel comfortable trying an open-level class

- When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00pm
- Where: Clarence House, Penzance
- Cost: £9 drop-in / £35 fixed 5-class block / £40 flexible 5-class package/ £60 1 month-unlimited package
- Free trial: First 2 classes are free for new students. Classes must be booked consecutively.

Dynamic Pilates
An energising full-body Pilates class for strength, stability, posture, and control.
Who it’s for
This class may be a good fit if you:
- want a stronger, more energising Pilates class
- want to build core strength, posture, and control
- enjoy layered sequences that provide the right amount of challenge
What to expect
Expect a Pilates session with options for different levels ranging from Beginners to Advanced. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, adapt where needed, and focus on good technique rather than forcing anything. The class offers variation for those who want to train throughout their pregnancy and those who return postpartum (+2 months).

- When: Thursdays, 5:45pm and Sundays, 9:00am
- Where: Clarence House, Penzance
- Cost: £12 drop-in / £45 fixed 5-class block / £50 flexible 5-class package/ £60 1-month unlimited package

Free trials & class packages
If you’re new to WildSpirit Coaching, you can start with a free trial for Dynamic Pilates or Evening Vinyasa Yoga. The free trial includes your first 2 classes and must be booked consecutively.
For ongoing classes, you can choose between drop-in bookings, fixed class blocks, or flexible packages depending on the class.
Drop-in classes
A good option if you want to book one class at a time.
- Evening Vinyasa Yoga:

Fixed 5-class blocks
A lower-cost option if you can attend regularly and choose your 5 class-dates in advance. This still gives you the option of planning around your holidays.
- Evening Vinyasa Yoga:
- £35 for 5 classes
- Dynamic Pilates:
- £45 for 5 classes
- Pilates & Strength for Women 50+:
- £45 for a 5-week block

Flexible 5-class packages
A better option if you need more flexibility and want to use your classes across 3 months.

The booking system manages class and package bookings separately, so if you are unsure which option to choose, feel free to ask before booking.
Would you like to train twice a week?
New monthly membership offer:
- Join as many classes as you want. for £60 a month. Yoga, Pilates, Beach Yoga… this option is best for those who would like to train more than once per week.
- Book on a monthly basis. No contract, no hidden fees.
- Receive credits to book into as many classes as you want
Pregnancy & postpartum
If you are pregnant or less than 2 months postpartum, please contact me before booking so we can find the most supportive option for you.
Dynamic Pilates may be suitable from around 2–3 months postpartum and throughout healthy pregnancies. Private sessions are also available if you would like a more personalised plan.
